Q: I've placed an order for a custom part, but since my order, I have not received any
updates?
A: We've added a page to our website so that anyone who has placed an order for a custom
part can check on it's progress. You can check on your order at the following page:
on emails, and will email you an order confirmation as soon as possible. But rest assured,
as soon you place an order, it is processed in our system.
Q: Why hasn't my custom part moved up quicker in the que?
A: All of the custom parts are made by hand, and unfortunately take a little while to make.
Another reason why they oftentimes take a while to get made, is that sometimes the airsoft
stores that we purchase the parts from to mod, are out of stock. We have to wait for
them to get their parts back in stock before they will ship them to us so we can make your
part. As soon as we can find ANY online store selling the parts that we need, we order them
immediately.
Q: WHERE IS MY SCAR STOCK!!!
A: We will have them in soon. At the end of every month we place an order for a new batch of scar stocks with the manufacturer so that we can cover every single scar stock order from that previous month. We placed an order recently for all of the stocks that should cover every order up till late april, and we should have them within a few weeks. As soon as they get in and are assembled and shipped out to people, we will place another order for the remaining stocks.
Q: Why haven't I gotten a reply to my emails?!
A: During the months of December '09 - late January '10, we were experiencing huge problems
with our email service, and could not log into the info@scenarioarms or
customkits@scenarioarms email addy's for the entire time. These issues have now mostly
been resolved, and I have even contracted outside help to begin responding to peoples email
questions that are sent to the info@scenarioarms and sales@scenarioarms email addy's.
More pressing emails will be forwarded to me directly.
Q: In the meantime, what is the best way to get ahold of you guys?
that it will take a little while to get back to you due to how many emails I'm getting now... or

Q: I placed an order for a "non-custom" part a while ago and still haven't received it?
A: Sometimes orders slip through the cracks due to the high volume of emails that we get. If
your order has been overlooked (be it for a heavy mag, 90 degree fitting, or anything at all)
please email me directly at the email address listed in question #5 and make the subject of
your email "missed order?" I will look into the matter and email you back promptly to see
what happened, and come to an appropriate resolution with you to apologize for the
inconvenience.
Q: When will I be receiving the Phenom 5.56mm mag that I've ordered?
A: Just like the custom kits/parts, each one of the phenom mags is custom made by hand.
When you place an order for one, it is placed in a que, and they are all made in the order
that they came in. We have put up a page on our site so that you can track the status of
your mag order. You can check your status at the following link:
Q: Do you ship to country __________ ?
A: Yes. We ship through the US Postal Service because it costs you guys less for USPS
shipping than it does with FedEx and UPS. Also, the US Postal Service doesn't tack on
extra international shipping and courier charges like the others do. We can ship to 150
different countries, so unless you're in Antarctica,... we can ship to you.
Q: It mentions on your site that the cost of custom kits is reduced if we provide some of our own parts? What do you mean, and how can we do it?
make the email subject "Order Inquiry". Please let me know what parts you'd want to order,
and what parts you would be able to provide to reduce the cost of your kit. We will contact
you with if we could use those parts, and how much it would reduce the cost. If you would
like to go forward with it, we will email you an address that you can mail your parts too, and
will make you a special ordering page, so that you can order the parts you'd like with the
discounted cost.
Q: Do I need to mail you my X7 for you to make me my custom parts/kit?
A: Not at all. We have a few different X7's here, as well as an X7 Phenom. When we begin
making your ordered parts, we make them, and during the build process we make sure that
they fit onto one of our own X7's. That way, as soon as your package arrives in the mail, all
that you have to do is take your parts out of the shipping box, and attach them onto your X7.
Everything will fit perfectly already.
